I upcycled this piece using clothing from a thrift shop. I created it out of excitement with inspiration drawn from Ru Paul's Drag Race after I was invited to the Expressions Gala featuring Shea Coulee from Ru Paul's Drag Race. I made this outfit in one day with zero dollars in hand.
